Delete it, and it’s deleted.

For subscribers and callers both. Here is exactly what gets removed and how fast.

Last updated: September 9, 2026

If you called a subscriber’s line

You can ask for the recording, transcript, and intake details from your call to be deleted. Tell us the number called, the date and approximate time, and the phone number you called from. We verify what we can and delete the rest rather than guess.

If you are a subscriber

You can request deletion of specific calls, or of everything associated with your account on closure. Closing the account ends new processing immediately; stored call audio and transcripts are deleted within 30 days of closure unless law requires keeping a billing record.

What “deleted” means

  • Call audio: removed from operational storage and deleted from backups on the backup system’s normal cycle (within 90 days).
  • Transcripts and intake records: deleted from operational storage immediately on processing the request; backups follow the same 90-day cycle.
  • Billing and invoice records: kept as tax and accounting law requires — this is the one thing a deletion request does not reach.

How to ask

Send the request through the subscriber channel, or by any contact channel published on this site, with the subject “Deletion request.” We confirm in writing within 30 days — usually much sooner.
