The whole price. All of it, on one page.
Per-call pricing hides the math. Here’s ours instead: a monthly bucket of minutes, a stated overage rate, and a free trial that asks for nothing.

Overage: $0.35/min, opt-in only — you approve it before it ever bills. We never bill you for our own test calls.
Every plan: one business, one phone line, your approved greeting and intake questions, one verified delivery destination.
Starter stays marked Draft — that price is finalizing and the badge comes off only when terms are signed off.
How minutes count.
- Minutes are connected minutes where Atlas handled the call, summed from actual call records — the same records you can see in your usage ledger.
- You get a notice at 80% and at 100% of your bucket.
- Overage is opt-in at $0.35/min. Without your approval, calls past the bucket are wrapped up politely — never silently billed.
- There is no unlimited plan — an honest meter is the product too.
- Usage pricing carries a written change-notice clause: if delivered costs move, prices change only with written notice before it affects a signed customer.
The names you’ve heard of, side by side.
| Compare | What it is today | Cost today | Voice-first phone agent? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Atlas | Answers your existing phone line under your business’s name; takes a full intake; delivers it instantly. | $99–$499/mo published minute buckets · $0.35/min overage · free 20-min trial | Yes — that is the product. |
| Viktor | Chat-agent platform — a broad agent workspace metered by credits; voice is one surface among many. | From $50/mo; displayed team config $100/mo for 40,000 credits | Among many surfaces, credit-metered |
| Other AI tools | Google’s assistant tiers inside Google AI subscriptions. | Part of Google AI Pro ($19.99/mo) or Ultra | A personal assistant — not an external line for a business |
| Microsoft Scout | Frontier experimental preview inside Copilot plans. | No standalone price; Copilot Business/Enterprise $19/$39 per seat + org enablement | Preview gate — not a purchasable product |
| Smith.ai | Human receptionists plus AI, with deep legal-industry focus. | From about $95/mo; per-call plans from $1.60/call | AI-first tier — with human staff as the product’s core |
The claim on this table is about packaging — none of the four ships a voice-first, external, standalone phone agent priced as a product. It is not a claim about what their systems can or can’t do; several are excellent at what they are. Positions as of 2026-09-08, from sourced pricing research re-verified before any binding quote.
Custom phone-agent builds.
Bounded builds — your phone agent plus one or two integrations you approve — run $6,000–$18,000, priced from scoped work (typically 50–150 engineering hours).
- Payment in three milestones — 40 / 40 / 20 — tied to approvals you actually sign: approved scope, sandbox acceptance, handover.
- Discovery runs $600–$1,200 and is credited into the engagement.
- After handover, optional maintenance runs $240–$600/mo — or run it yourself; no subscription required to keep the delivered system.
What we don’t have.
- An unlimited plan — never. An honest meter is part of the product.
- A booking integration — not yet. Calendar writes ship only when proved on a real setup.
- A guaranteed-savings promise — we don’t know your call volume. The math is all on this page so you can run it yourself.

AMG AI Systems builds the website Atlas answers for, wires in the follow-up, and puts a fractional CMO or Chief AI Officer in the room part-time. Same team, bigger scope.
